In June of 2000, the Sacramento Regional
County Sanitation District created an Economic
Development Treatment Capacity Bank. The bank’s
primary objective is to provide economic
incentives for industrial and commercial sewer
customers and facilitate new employment
opportunities.
The Elk Grove City Council approved specific
guidelines for the use of Economic Development
Treatment Capacity Bank Credits on July 27,
2005.
These guidelines need to be followed in order to
qualify for the program. Below are copies of the
City Council resolution and sewer credit
guidelines, the indemnification agreement and
sewer credit application.
